Stanley J. Margle, III
Stanley J. Margle, III concentrates his practice in the areas of Divorce, Domestic Relations, and Real Estate Municipal Law. He has practiced since 1983 representing clients in every aspect of Family Law. Attorney Margle has extensive experience in large asset-high income Divorce cases and complex Custody litigation. Some of the more complex cases have been argued before the Superior Court in Philadelphia.
Attorney Margle is a member of the Pennsylvania and Northampton County Bar Associations. He was a Council Member of the PA Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association from 2001 – 2004. He was also a member of the Board of Governors of the Northampton County Bar from 1989 – 1992. He is admitted to practice before the Federal Courts U.S. Eastern District Supreme Court of the United States. Prior to beginning private practice, Attorney Margle was a Law Clerk to President Judge Alfred T. Williams, Jr., “President Judge of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas”.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Margle has been an adjunct Professor of Business Law at Northampton Community College and Lafayette College and has lectured on Family Law issues at a variety of county and statewide Bar Association Conferences.
His biography appears in both Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in America. Attorney Margle is a summa cum laude graduate of Mount St. Mary’s College in Emmitsburg, Maryland and received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law.
Robert (“R.J.”) Brasko
Prior to practicing Law at Margle Law Offices beginning in 2006, Attorney Brasko was Valedictorian of his Law School Class at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Emil Giordano of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. Since that time, Attorney Brasko has devoted his work in private practice to representing individuals in a wide range of Civil Matters, including Family Law, Personal Injury, Real Estate and Contract matters. Attorney Brasko is licensed to Practice Law in Pennsylvania and is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania the Third Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
Attorney Brasko proudly focuses on each of his Client’s individual needs, crafting legal strategies that achieve efficient results commensurate with each client’s goals. Attorney Brasko has represented Clients in countless Divorce, Custody and Support matters through his career. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Pennsylvania, including the Appellate Courts, Trial Courts and District Courts. He has obtained millions of dollars of awards and settlements for his Personal Injury Clients. He is a past and current Member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association – Family Law Division and has contributed and presented as a speaker at previous Family Law Division programs.
Attorney Brasko resides in the Lehigh Valley with his Wife and children, all of whom are active members of their community. He currently serves a Den Leader Cub Scout Pack 319 and was a previous Cub Master. His Wife, Jennifer, is the Regent of the Bethlehem Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Tina M. Downs
Attorney Downs’ areas of practice include Municipal Law, Family Law, and Civil litigation. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New York. She has been an Associate at Margle Law Offices since 2016.
Prior to joining Margle Law Offices, Attorney Downs was a Law Clerk to The Honorable Arthur L. Zulick of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas. She graduated from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Public Administration and Public Policy with high honors and received her Law Degree from Villanova University School of Law where she received a full tuition Scholarship. While in law school, Attorney Downs was a member of the Moot Court Board, a Certified Legal Intern in the Villanova Law Civil Justice Clinic, a Certified Legal Intern in the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender, and received the Leonard Levin Memorial Award in Decedents’ Estates and Trusts.
Attorney Downs resides in Bucks County with her Husband, Riley, who is a Public Defender in the Bucks County Public Defender’s Office, and their rescue dogs, Peanut (chihuahua mix) and Zuma (rat terrier).
